Comcast Business Mobile Deals
A redesign of the Comcast Business Mobile deals page, which brings a more refined page hierarchy and easier navigation between mobile focused areas of the site.
My role
I had complete ownership of the visual redesign of the page. I worked with the research and dev teams to test and roll out the in-page navigation and the offer cards grouped by brand in multiple sprints.
The problem
The Comcast Business Mobile deals page is where customers would go to see all of the biggest deals on devices being offered. There are typically a few offers on the latest devices for each of our four major brands: Apple, Samsung, Google, and Motorola. In the original page state, the offers were displayed using the same component stacked repeatedly and sorted by deal discount type, which created a very long scroll on the page and some confusion based on how the list was sorted.
The solution
The redesigned page was first brought up to par with the latest brand guidelines, featuring a new hero treatment that was capable of displaying device imagery. This helped to tie the hero visual to the biggest offer we were promoting. Next, the in-page navigation introduced a helpful way for users to discover more about mobile without needing to rely on the large mega nav. Then, I changed the offer displays from single components stacked, to 2, 3, and 4 up tiles, to display more offers in a smaller area, allow for quick comparisons, and create a dedicated spotlight section for each of the major brands.
At a glance
- Spotlight cards Offers arranged by brand
- Subnavigation Switch between mobile pages quickly
- Hero flexibility Device-centric capability
The impact
The Deals redesign was one piece of a larger effort by the Comcast Business Mobile Digital Experience Team to make buying mobile online easier. These are the results for the team's work as a whole.
During the 2026 Apple launch, trade-in promotions were enabled digitally for the first time, so we knew it was essential to make these easier to find. Line sales paced at 173% of the prior year, from 22 to 38 lines per day, and total digital line sales reached 105% year over year.
- 173% of last year's buyflow line sales pace during Apple's general availability
- 357% of last year's shopping visits during Apple's general availability

Lessons Learned
The Deals redesign was something we'd talked about for a really long time, and was the result of a lot of cross-functional teamwork. I started with the in-page navigation, which had both dedicated research and dev sprints. That was live for a bit, and then I developed a second prototype for user testing with the offer order and display changed. Dev capacity was limited, so the goals of ordering offers by popularity of brand and shortening the scroll on the page were done so using existing components. A project like this really shows how important a phased approach is sometimes. There are still plans to add things like filters, but we've seen improvement without a massive dev lift, so I'd consider it successful.
